Shipping policy

Transit & Handling:

The typical delivery time for shipments to the United Kingdom ranges from 4 to 13 days. For international deliveries, please allow approximately 4 to 17 days for your order to arrive.

Once your order is processed and shipped you acknowledge that our obligations to you end once we have provided the product to the local courier for shipping to you.  Bubzip takes no responsibility for any delay, loss, damage or theft arising from the service provided by the local courier or from your actions on delivery.

Order Cut-off Time: 

Orders placed after 5pm PST will be processed the following day and shipped out within 2-5 business days.

Change of Address:

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched we are no longer able to change the address.

Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations. If you have changed your mind about your order then you will need to apply for a refund. Once you receive your items then you can send them back to us for a full refund. As per the refund policy, we do not cover the return shipping fees.

Damaged Packages:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All refund policy protocols will be followed.
